We found this place before deciding to relocate to Barcelona. Our feathered child was only 13 years old at the time, and if we couldn't find a decent avian vet, it would be a deal breaker.
That said, we are delighted with this place! The staff all are engaging and determined to take excellent care of our Senegal parrot. Aside from annual care, we board him here when we're going to be out of town for any length of time. The veterinarians and the technicians alike all fawn over him, and he just eats it up! When we pick him up after an extended stay, I always look for signs of stress - from plucking to stress marks on his plumage, to any untoward behavior... and there has never been any - so I'm certain that he's happy here.
Some of the staff speak English wonderfully, but are delighted if you speak to them in Catalán. Of course everyone speaks Castilian, so... you're welcome! read more
