After several disappointments with both in-person Recycling Centers (1 closed due to COVID, 1 never returned my call, + 1 that has screwball hours that they don't always work) and Junk Haulers (1 Out of Business, + 1 that didn't return my call in a timely manner), I was ready to give up. Because I had a bunch of oversized boxes, along with the packaging material, it would have taken me quite a while to cut down to be able to fit into the trash container (or, for that matter, the back of my car). So, I decided to try one more place. And, man! I'm glad I did! Though, I was shocked to see a Texas phone number (that would be one hell of an expensive service call! ;-D ) on my Caller ID, I decided to leave a message anyway. And, am so glad that I did! When, Brian called me back, I explained to him what I needed hauled off. I felt the $35.00 price was well worth it. Keep in mind, he came to me, loaded the trailer, and hauled it off. Well worth it, imo. And, to make things even better, he was able to provide sane day service, and arrived about 45 minutes later. 8-) When Brian showed up, He handed me his business card. Not only was Brian professional, and friendly, he nearly came across as an old friend that you hadn't seen in years (we talked about different things, including my 2018 Road Trip, and my reasons for moving to Mville). He also does a few other things (see sign on his work truck) that may be beneficial to you. For sure, I'll keep him in mind for all of my hauling. And, I have absolutely no reservation about referring him for the work he does. read more

I hired Brian and his crew to haul away two refrigerators, four chairs, a table, bookcase and some trash. They showed up on time and completed the job efficiently and professionally. We care about our environment by recycling up to 60% of the items we pick up. Our Purpose: Our removal services will remove all non-hazardous items from your property, garage and storage facility to recycle, donate and dispose of all unwanted clutter. The "Clutter Be Gone" difference: Other than not being a part of a franchise, what really sets "Clutter Be Gone" apart is the way we dispose of the waste that we remove. We don't just haul away all of your items and dump them at a landfill. Instead, our crew of professionals will sort through it to determine if there is anything that can be reused or recycled. Martin's Auto Salvage has been open for a very long time he also has a wrecker service as well just in case your car is damage in a car wreck or something bad happen to it. Straight forward and direct…read more I've worked in the auto business for 20+yrs, and I've worked with some shady folks in those years. I've heard every line, and just about every excuse for not following through. I've dealt with junkyard and salvage yards hundreds of times, and these guys have been there for me multiple times (in both the old and new location). I needed an engine for my personal car this go'round, and of the two people I spoke with on the phone, they both genuinely seemed to care about what I was looking for, and when I needed it by. There was some confusion over one engine this, and another engine that, but that's because there was a communication gap between phone calls, and HPC cannot be blamed for this. Donor arrived at their site, then they pulled the engine and had me an engine the same day the donor arrived, and then a phone call to let me know it was ready for pickup. Cool. Being an old technician, I do all my own work, so I just needed them to source the engine this go'round. The mileage was written on the valve-cover, and the VIN plate was still attached so I could do some background check on the car it came out of. Neat. My only gripe is that the parking lot can be tough to get in and out of when they are busy, but that happens at every business, so it's no biggie. I'll be back when I need something else.
