Our only option was to move all her stuff into a storage unit and then move it again the next morning. We had help the first day, but no friends/family to help us the second (Thursday and Friday). I called a couple movers and Meadow's was the only one willing to work with us on this. It was such a relief to have a plan and they even talked me down on what I thought I was going to need - great customer service. The day of the move we were told that the apartment was indeed going to be ready so we no longer needed to go through the mess of moving things around and no longer needed the extra help, so we had to cancel. I'm sure they would have done a great job based on their excellent customer service!!

Polite conversation on the phone, even when I was in a dead cell spot! Scheduled a convenient time for me to get the carpets cleaned. An estimate was given on my idea as to how dirty the carpets were....(I am guessing they had not been cleaned for years...!!!). They arrived early and had no problem helping us move the things that we were still moving for them to get a deep clean. They gave a good look and did a few prespots and began the process of getting years of things out of the carpet. VERY VERY meticulous in getting the edges and especially the high traffic areas. The carpet looks almost brand new. Special care was given in the closets in which the big machine could not go into. Polite, professional, expert in their area and most importantly they did not try to sell us on products and other services that they could offer. They listened to our needs and met them!!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. So nice to now be able to walk into the house and not have lingering odors, and actually being able to walk barefoot and not feel as if my feet were getting covered with who knows what!!!
