Returns are like pulling teeth, passing on cost to consumer and then only providing store credit. 90% of their selection has dissapeared. Everything is pointing in the wrong direction. Something changed and for the worse.

Finally got a hold of someone to be given hoops to jump through for packages that have never arrived. Finally after months of waiting got one package, that is nice, how ever I've paid a monthly subscription that this sneaky company has ignored me for. If you want to be ripped off, come here! Horrible customer service ignoring your customers, who if they had actually been receiving their packages that they've paid for would have loved to stay a customer of yours. Instead, you steal our money, and decide to lose customers. Best advice, choose a different underwear subscription if you're actually hoping to get underwear out of the deal.
