The fries were a little soft and oily. We got a desert of an apple tart with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. It was fine. My first cassoulet ever sported white Cannelini Beans and white sausage with Languedoc confit of Canard. The dish was amazingly filling and quite satisfying. I was only able to put away 3/4 of what was presented before me. Meanwhile, Diane enjoyed a medium-rare Filet of Boeuf with mushroom Sauce and Galette Potato with Bechamel Cheese (au gratin potatoes). Rolls were undistinguished, and one fly alighted once on our table. But, everything considered, who cared?! Service was friendly and very good.
