The guy behind the bar and owner, Cory, was a very laid back and friendly fella. We chatted about how he got the place started, the roadblocks of running a brewery vs a winery or a brew pub. I tried the blonde ale and also got a Flight; blonde, Mexican lager, lager, ipa, hazy pale ale. I was also able to taste the in house made seltzers. I had the blue/lemonade and Hawaiian seltzers. Overall, I had a great dining experience and made a new friend in Texas. I highly recommend this small business. Supporting local gives businesses more opportunities to provide additional options to customers. You could absolutely do a date night, girls night or have a birthday party here.
