She added so many unique touches -- including a beautiful mechanical butterfly with flapping wings that had everyone talking because we had never seen anything like it before. What I appreciated most was how creative and detail-oriented she was. She thought of things I wouldn't have even considered, and every little piece made the event feel so special. On top of that, she's incredibly outgoing, professional, easy to work with, and was right on time. She made the whole process stress-free and fun. My daughter just had her 7th birthday party here on Saturday. I'm going to explain my review in…read moresections. Initial booking experience: Easy enough- you use the website then someone calls you and explains the packages, sends over a contract, pay the deposit etc. Two weeks later I hadn't gotten an email about paying the rest of the party fee like we discussed. I called and emailed and no on responded- the website had been deleted so I sent them a dm. No response but I ended up figuring out how to pay it in full instead of the installments we agreed on. Slightly annoying but it was done. One week before the party I received and automated email from the booking website stating that I would be refunded the second payment I made- shock sets in. I called the number and left countless messages, emailed, insta dm'd- zero communication. At this point I figured o needed to be planning another party. Three days later I'm still calling and someone finally answers. Very nonchalantly says the party was still going to happen and they were having some issues with booking. Relieved but disturbed about communication and service but mentioned someone should have called me as soon as they found out. Party Day- I arrive at 10:55 party start time is 11am. Knocking on the door (panicked again) a teenager comes To tell me we can't enter until 11. Okay. 11am she rolls out a red carpet and goes in. No communication to us. Guests have arrived. Sticks her head out and says, "Y'all can come in" Party- They began putting very wrinkled robes on the kids. The room as silent other than the kids talking to each other. They went back chose their colors for their nails and toes and split the girls in three sections-makeup, nails, and toes. Only two kids were working. This felt very awkward. The parents were told to stay up front but of course I kept going back to check in. My daughter the birthday girl was crying at one point- the older girl said she was poked in the eye and my daughter had makeup in her eye. I asked if they had wipes or a napkin she told me to go get toilet paper out of the bathroom. (Upsetting but still stayed calm.) still only the two kids working. Most of the music playing was very randomly in Spanish. The owner comes out and brings a number 7 sign and heads back to her office. I say hey are you the owner I spoke with, she says yes and sends me an additional invoice for the two extra kids. Again the website seems to be having issues because it isn't processing my card payment. She told me it needed to be paid before she de my daughters nails. Luckily I had cash on hand. All kids finish several kids upset because nail polish looks like it was done by a kid- because it was. Happy Birthday- Cupcakes came out before food. Weird- but I'm sure the kids liked it. Time for pizza. The kids get one very small slice. That's it. That's the party. Very basic. Very expensive. Very underwhelming.

Truly best-in-class!…read more My baby sister-in-law - who's getting married THIS EVENING - ordered balloons from another place for the reception, and I took them to a grocery store this morning to be inflated. Well wouldn't you know, the wind whisked some off the strings, and either a door frame or a thorny bush deflated some others. Not only were most of the other party stores in the city closed, but the few that were open couldn't replace the large silver Mylar ballon letters spelling out L-O-V-E that I lost. Enter Balloons & Events Over Atlanta. Not only did the owner say she could replace the large letter I lost, but she agreed to leave her family on a Sunday afternoon, while her shop was closed, and drive through a torrential downpour (complete with flash flooding) to arrive within the hour. On top of that, she arrived with the smile and calm, pleasant attitude that I would never be able to bring under the same circumstances. She had me in and out in 5 minutes, and even affixed a sturdy weight to each letter so it wouldn't carry away in the wind. Moreover, instead of taking the time to boot up her payment system, she took down my credit card info and agreed to process my transaction an email a receipt Monday, so I could get back to my hotel and get ready in time for the wedding. Goes without saying, and it's already in their name, but I'll go ahead and say it: I highly recommend Balloons & Events Over Atlanta for any balloon and event needs all over Atlanta. Moreover, my family and I will make it a point to give them our business in the future.

After calling Balloonacy and being told they only do orders over $200.00 and that they couldn't do it because they had just got back in town, I called Balloons Over Atlanta and was told not a problem, come on over! So I drove up and went inside, armed with a picture of the birthday cake that I wanted the balloons to match, and in less than twenty minutes I got not only 25 perfectly matched, beautiful balloons, but they gave me at no xtra cost, 3 additional balloons, just incase a few popped during transport! Now hold on, they didn't even stop there, they also gave my 2 yr old granddaughter a complimentary balloon as well! I got all this for $40.00 and they would have delivered them too for just $25.00, which I would have gladly paid; however, they were able to load them into my svu and I was off to the hotel without losing a single one! As for the life of the balloons? They lasted into the next day and this was without any special chemical treatments being added to extend their life! So if you ever need balloons and awesome customer service is your thing, then this is the place to go. Customer service with a smile. WOW- it makes my mind go POP with joy!!!
