I called the morning of and asked about an appointment. I was scheduled for 7pm the same day. I emailed them my design and was sent an appointment slip in return. I got there fifteen minutes early, turned out I grew up with the guy there. We sat down and he oriented my tattoo how I wanted it. He put on the music to my taste. We chatted as he got to work. Went in there and had to wait 20 mins while they were on smoke break, when they returned guy came up to me never gave his name, said he could to the tattoo. Ask the price was VERY over priced! Then he was so busy talking to another customer getting a tattoo from another person he was VERY unprofessional, rude and as I'm waiting getting madder and madder looking around this place, it's absolutely filthy! GROSS and so are the so called artist! The fish tank is so filthy you can't even see in it the floors needed mopped it was just gross. Needless to say I walked out! I wonder if the Jackson Health Department knows about this place! read more

Well my girlfriend went in there to ask a price on a old tattoo that wasn't very nice looking and all they did was talk down on her tattoo instead of handling it professionally, so needless to say they need work on there customer service we won't even know how good the work is because of the way they handled the customer read more

I saw the web address and emailed them, I asked several questions like, "do I need an appointment, estimates of the samples, ECT." I waited so long for a response i almost forgot about it. Then there response was just a question to my question. "Which Artist"? I have no idea, i have never bought a tattoo, I was kinda looking for guidance and customer service. That question to my questions response almost ended for me there but i sucked it up and told them it didn't matter, 8 emails later i have no appointment or any good information from them. I do not even feel like leaving a single start, So I went in as a walk in and the tattoo artist Josh was very professional and talked me through the drawing and ideas, well after the drawing was complete he took a smoke break with the owner Matt and when Matt came back inside he said something that i thought was directed towards me so i asked him what he said and he told me that "I was not that important", I proceeded to say that in a customer based business "I happen to be important I'm a paying customer". He proceeded to say "I"m kind of an asshole", "No wait I'm and asshole" as I told him that "I'm paying money for the tattoo artists service he said "Well your not paying me", yet we all know that he will get a percentage of his artists pay, I walked out and he was laughing at me. I would not recommend ever going to this place. I have had many tattoos in the past by very professional and kind artists I would look elsewhere if I were you. There was a group of girls in front of me getting their belly buttons pierced, they looked young in my opinion and one "forgot her id" and to me it seemed she was underage because she kept going and whispering to her friends. Anyways they pierced her anyways. And when it was my turn they didn't look at my age or anything just had me fill out the paperwork. Overall the piercer did a good job but they were very unprofessional. :/ read more

My experience at Cloverland was not overall good. I came here with a bunch of my friends to get pierced. I was actually surprised at how professional the piercing was because the customer service was horrendous. My group of friends wanted to pray real quick before getting pierced and the guy made fun of our faith and talked down to us the rest of the time. I didn't feel welcomed there AT ALL. When I think about my time there, it's just an overall bad memory and that's why I won't go there again. read more
