I cannot recommend them since I got very conflicting information and wasted a lot of time waiting for an appointment only to be turned away. The clinic advertised botox treatment for TMJ and migraines. I walked in and was told they could treat me. Left and called back to verify again they could treat me before making an appointment. Was told they cannot do Botox for my entire treatment area and I explained I only needed less than 3 spots treated. I was told they could do that. Once I arrived I was taken back, talked with the person and was told they cannot do that, they wanted to treat more extensively and administer botox in areas I wasn't having issues with. I can get Botox all day long all over my face to smooth wrinkles and lines but I could not get 2-3 injections in an area for medically treated migraines? I did not appreciate them wasting my time and 3-4 different people giving me conflicting information. I wasted a week and a half in pain when I could have been seen and treated at another facility. Very disappointed in the place. read more

They did an amazing job on this office space. The customer service is top notch. Nick is so genuine and on top of his game. Prices for b12 are the lowest we have found in Casa Grande and without sacrificing the upscale feel that a medical spa has to offer. He's definitely a true professional. I also went tonight for my first ever Botox treatment. It was such a great experience. He took all of the nerves away and was so gentle. I barely felt anything, definitely not painful at all whatsoever. My b12 shots hurt worse, and that's barely painful either. Definitely give them a try. Honestly I would not recommend going to this place for laser hair removal. All they care about is getting money out of you. They offer you products that you really don't need but they say you need because your skin or hair type. They also try to say things like your skin may be too sensitive or something and you may need more treatment sessions or a more precise laser treatment. This location told me that they can't guarantee 100% hair removal and with that being said it seems like they say that so that way you will need to come back and spend more money on sessions for the rest of your life. I went in to get laser hair removal done and was told that due to my hair type I will need a more precise laser treatment and that I will need to pay for more sessions for the rest of my life because they can't guarantee that the hair will be removed. They say they can't guarantee 100% hair removal and that noone can which is incorrect because I now go to a different Beauty company and they 100% guarantee hair removal. The place I go to now is Ideal Image. I told them about this place telling me I need a more precise laser treatment and they told me right away I did not. They practically said it was a ploy to get me to pay for more sessions. Ideal Image gave me their normal laser treatment which covers a wider area rather than smaller precise zaps. This treatment was what Cloud 9 Med Spa originally was suppose to give me but after just looking at my skin and hair they said I needed the precise laser for better results. Which now I know was completely incorrect. I have had better hair reduction with Ideal Image than I ever had with Cloud 9 Med Spa. Ideal Image is amazing and with the amount of money you will undoubtedly spend at cloud 9 med spa with endless sessions and products you don't need you might as well spend at Ideal Image and get their Lifetime guarantee membership. They guarantee you hair removal and if the hair does happen to grow back over time then you can go to any ideal image in the country and get laser hair removal treatment done free of charge for the rest of your life! I paid $2500 for an 18 month session plus the lifetime guarantee membership. If you absolutely want the best results for hair removal I recommend going to your nearest Ideal Image.
