I would honestly advise anyone who is thinking of booking cloud9 in Coleraine for any appointment to seriously consider somewhere else.they gave me a 3.30 appointment then wrote in their diary 3.15, so when I arrived at 3.28 I was told that I was too late and that they would not see me for my appointment. I explained that I was getting married in less than 48 hours and that I would appreciate them squeezing me in.I was told that I was NOT their only customer regardless of whether I was getting married or not.. The girl had such an attitude with meI found her to be ignorant, uncaring and rude.
My fiance had to go and explain to them that I was in tears, panicking and really upset about how I was spoken toto which the response was much grumbling, grovelling and incoherent mutterings from these cretins.
I would advise anyone to go anywhere else in the triangle area..Everyone I have spoken have already boycotted these ignorant people for life.
If i could give them a minus rating I would!
