We went right over and everything safe and dry. All the staff were working hard to clear puddles. Beth and the other lady who works in the office are unfailingly professional, and courteous. The area where this facility is located isn't the best but you would never know it. Upon entering when your passcode is entered at the entrance it automatically lets your personal alarm know that when the unit is opened it is YOU opening it and not someone else. Also there is a manager in site with security cameras in every location. Did I mention the staff and the cleanliness this place has? Well the staff are just so nice and helpful with carts available upon request to help load ur things. Also the units are climate controlled . Made reservations for two units and appointment to come rent units. We arrive about 15 minutes early to be told wait when office had literally no one in there. Then we're put aside so another renter can pay unit. After two hours we were finally done (ridiculous) then shown where our unit was with another new renter which I was almost thrown off several times from golfcart because way manager is flying around units. We get our unit it's not cleaned or swept out and has strong gas smell and stain near door. We let manager know was told knew was tentant and trusted them when told they cleaned it. Also screws missing on one side wall was just hanging off and I could literally have someone reach Into unit from next door. Maintance called us and said would be at property to fix that but was not told about gas or anything to do for it when management told us they would have it cleaned. Three months now and still gas never cleaned and can't use that portion of unit three months. Apparently don't have tap to make payment in office and the attitude of staff ive met personally need work on customer service and not being extremely rude to new and customer moving out when renting our unit. Not sure Whom the management think they are but you running customers off not mention trying get unit is ridiculous and unprofessional like told my unit was canceled but gf was not when reserved both with corporate Same call same time then I get email saying I missed appointment for unit.when there asked if still had unit reserved they did so not sure why would be lied to. So they get to rent the room during the month you paid for. RIP OFF! Don't use Public Storage. Every few months they raise the rate on your contract. After one year the rent was raised more than 100%. I would think they would rather have long term occupancy than have units turn over all the time and have to charge cheaper rates. But they are greedy, they penalize you for being a long term customer. If you need long term storage look somewhere else with a stable rate.

I complained to her numerous times; I talked to District managers several times; I called corporate several times. It never got fixed. This limited my access time significantly. 2. The rent increases are ridiculous. It's like they want to push tenants out. They raised the rent $60/month, then 3 months later raised it another $60/month. So in less than 2 years, it went from $240/month to $360/month. 3. It's a filthy facility with homeless all over the place and some living inside units. The bathroom is constantly out of order, and when it works, you might find homeless bathing in it. Never, never again with PS.
