MY review is SOLELY about the motorcycle sales department: DO NOT try to trade in a BMW motorcycle with this company. They will SERIOIUSLY low ball you on how much they will buy it for, then add an additional 2000 euro to sell it. Most people don't replace tires when SELLING a vehicle or bike. Yet, they deduct the cost of buying new tires, service, and surprisingly, I was also told that LOW TIRE pressure is another deductible factor. I found a buyer/dealership that is willing to pay me 1500 euro more, which is more accurate for the year, make and model of my BMW bike. PLUS, when I said cancel the bike i ordered, I was threatened with a lawyer being contacted, since i signed a buyer request, but STILL would have to wait an additional month for delivery.....avoid the motorcycle department at this place. read more

I have been going to this place since the winter of 2013 and have had no problems with them. I always order parts for my 8 series and get the parts within the week. Usually my ordered parts come the next day or at least within two days of me ordering the parts. I can say they are backup sometimes when it comes to servicing your BMW due to holidays or miscellaneous reasons but so far the place is not that bad. The staff are nice and majorly someone speaks English if you need it. And if not they can provide someone to speak English to you. They also have two numbers. One for the main desk and the other for parts. Parts number : +49 981 9700140 Main number : +49 981 970010 If you call the parts number mostly on the weekend. You may or may not reach someone that can speak fluent English. However if you have a part number and the quantity of what you want to order, usually you can still place your order. If you do not, then usually you would have to call back another time or simple come in to try and get the part ordered or looked up. read more
