The dog had a very yellow urine as he didn't drink for a while. The lady at the entrance was very rude and not friendly with the Dog,she just pulled the dog till the cage. Not recommended at all. This apparent"professional animal caregiver" has just cancelled…read moremy booking 4 days out from our wedding because I queried if we could pick our rabbit up a day earlier than planned and asked would it be possible to arrange a time outside of the one hour slot a day that she offers for collections - I wasn't asking for any reduction in cost and I would have worked to a time that suited her but instead she decides to leave us high and dry and cancel our booking. I'm extremely glad I haven't left my rabbit in her care.
