He can't even be bothered to call me back and take a little heat..., instead, gets someone else to call me! They still have not mended my car and are looking at "booking it in"...., guess what guys.... I have already bought a £100,000 BMW, a new Disco 5 from a competitive dealer and next year will buy another RR Sport....from Listers so, Mr. MD of Hunters Derby, not only have you P****D off a customer, but your have also lost £300,000 worth of sales and guess what - I am going to tell everyone I meet!

We have since stayed with Hunters for the vehicle's services & MOTs and I trust them implicity. The site, next to Pride Pack, is well laid out and functional. The staff across all departments are very friendly and I have noticed they don't have much of a staf turnover which I feel is always a good sign that and they get to know you. They are very knowledgable and open, this is especially important when buying a second hand land rover. For the new vehicles the displays are spacious and you are welcome to have a good rummage around the cars. Their service team is wonderful. The option of having the vehicle collect from your door and delivered back is very convenient and courtesy vehicles are available. I have always found them very transparant with costs. On items such as new tyres I enquired about different brands etc which they happily discussed with me and stood by my choice - I have never felt pressurised into items I did not need and have never felt spoken down to. If you are hacing any work done on your vehicle and choose to wait there is a very comfortable client lounge with complimetary tea, coffee, soft drinks and biscuits. There is even a television, selection of newspapers and magazines and a playstation to keep you occupied - it's actually a rather pleasant relaxing place! They also have Land Rover accessories and mechandise on sale so it is a good place for gift buying if you know a Land Rover enthusiast. I find this dealership very comfortable to deal with and this gives me a lot of confidence in them.

The salesman have no knowledge whatsover about the cars they are selling, the paperwork for the cars are scattered all over the four corners of the world, the customer service is terrible and the whole process is controlled by incompetent, inept managers who have an aversion to telephones. I had to consult trading standards on a number of occasions before they would action anything and do something proactive. If you do have the misfortune of buying a car from these clowns dont expect to see it any time in within 6 weeks.
