you can get this simple dish prepared better. but you will have to look for a long,long time. remember the time when you saved the best pieces for last as a kid? yes, that feeling.
primo: capeletti. beans, fresh, with tortellini in brodo.
pasta heaven.
secondo: calfs cheeks. my least favorite. but still great. wished to have a mustard based sauce. it came with a -very good- avocado based mayonnaise. potatoes.
