Extremely responsive and attentive staff both in person and via email. Had some last minute changes with the photobooth we booked and Chris took care of it all with my wedding coordinator/venue so I didn't have to worry! He also customized our photo strips making them exactly what we wanted. The guests for our wedding were blown away by the VWBug Photobooth, it was a huge hit and it made such an enjoyable experience. Jazz, our attendant, was excellent, fun and attentive to our guest. She made the experience that much more inviting. She even made us a whole guest book with notes from our guest and the pictures they took in the booth which was one of my favorite pieces from our wedding as we got to see how much fun everyone was having. Highly recommend this vendor, so incredibly happy we had them at our wedding!

They came earlier than expected to set up the booth and props. They were friendly and most of all we LOVED that they encouraged our guests to go in as many times as the wished but to leave us a picture of them as a momento. At the end of the night we were handed a FANTASTIC album of our guests in the funniest poses we've seen them do. HIRE THEM, you won't be disappointed!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for making our night fun and memorable.

He kept the party going and was extremely receptive to all the music my now-husband and I suggested. Several of my guests commented on how fun he was. The uplighting looked classy as well--although I'm not sure how much my venue (Waterworks Museum in Boston) really needed extra lighting, I'm sure it added to the occasion. If you were having a wedding in a more traditional setting, I would imagine that the uplighting would look more grand. The other really nice thing about this company is that they were incredibly responsive whenever I had questions (as a bride, I started to go a little nuts toward the end of planning). All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I highly recommend A Goodtime DJs for your next event.

Their pricing is very reasonable and they were professional and friendly to work with. The guests especially the kids loved the booth and the photos. Their digital system worked very well and the option to select black and white or color along was a nice touch. We really enjoyed customizing the backdrop and adding our wedding logo to the sheets. They came out just how we wanted. It's a great deal to have unlimited print outs and they even go the extra mile and put together a nice photo book for you to take home, which was great to see after the wedding. The photos are also made quickly available online to view or download. The props were fun and there was a nice selection of things to add to the fun for the evening. We can definitely recommend them to anyone needing a photo booth for an event in Maine to Boston!

We used Wicked Fun Photo booths for our wedding last month. Overall my experience with set up and…read morebookings was fine. They did seem like a small operation, since we ended up meeting locally vs. the store front to pay cash for the booth. I was a little weary of the legitimacy, but that all worked out despite some nervousness on my part. However, day of the booth and attendant didn't show up until 30 minutes before guest were due to arrive. I went off to the ceremony not wanting to worry about that, but according to the on-site coordinator, he was a little flustered and hurried doing set up. This might explain why he forgot our scrapbook. Keep in mind this scrapbook was supposed to be our guestbook. This was made clear in planning with the team at Wicked Fun photo booths and unfortunately the attendant wasn't clear on this. When I arrived and realized guests were getting two prints, but had NO book to put them in and sign, I was pretty upset. However, I wasn't going to let that ruin the night and enjoyed the booth (and of course the rest of the wedding regardless.) At the end of the night miraculously the attendant found our book in the truck. He apologized, but at 10 minutes until the end of the wedding, you can imagine we weren't getting many guests signatures and notes in our guestbook. Overall, the pictures looked good. Guests had fun. However, buyer beware that you may not get what you pay for. We negotiated a price based on the scrapbook and it wasn't delivered. To make matters worse, instead of instantly offering us something back, we had to go back and forth on what was a fair compensation. I've worked in customer service most of my life and couldn't believe that the company didn't seem willing to work with us. While I will enjoy our pictures, I will never, ever have a wedding guest book and there's nothing that will change that. It makes me sad to think they took that away from me and I trusted a vendor to take care of a memento that important, but there's no going back. I just wish they were able to see the value in that.

The link to our gallery was provided to us promptly via email. Where the problem arose was that nowhere in the contract, nor the email to us with the gallery link, were we informed that our gallery had to be downloaded in 6 months because the videos would permanently delete from the link provided. Now, we are left with raw and unedited video footage with no resolution. This is disheartening as we chose not to hire a videographer or content creator, and solely went with the 360 photobooth for our wedding. It feels like a total waste of money to us, in addition to the fact that all of our edited wedding content is gone. Everyone please read your contracts closely to make sure this doesn't happen to you, especially with such a large and once-in-a-lifetime event, like a wedding.
