I already go to a different barbershop but my little brother needed somewhere to go. We were a walk in so we understand waiting, no problem. It got weird when we noticed other walk ins getting a cut before us and it's not like the barbers didn't notice us. Not once did they say anything to us and it was just extremely disrespectful. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Realized they probably discriminated against us because of a shirt my brother was wearing (it was not at all provocative or offensive btw)... I'm not the type of person to make assumptions that someone is being discriminatory but this is the one time where it's clearly obvious. I called at 12pm to make an appointment. Made an appointment with Aldo at 1:30pm. I arrived on time and was told to wait. I made an appointment in the first place because I have stuff to do. I was just left waiting and I had to leave. Waited for too long without anyone even giving me an update or reassurance. Don't bother making an appointment. They'll never respect your time. I left my.last barber because he constantly cut my hair too short, jo blend on the sides to the top. Wait 7 1/2 weeks to find another barber. Friday I booked an appointment with Sneider and was told upon arrival that he doesn't speak English but the guy next to him would translate. I explained what I did not like about my current cut, and exactly what I would like. 45 bucks later, I got the EXACT cut I didn't want. Not sure if he misunderstood, translation lost something. Will not return. No in every situation like this, there is a silver lining. I normally get cut on a 3 weeks cycle, but it is jo so short, I will have to wait at least 8 weeks, more likely 9 so that the next barber can fix this. Saving $$$! read more

My husband came here for his appointment which was at 10:30 and was not seated until 10:40 because the guy was having his lunch (which is fine) but when my husband told him he wasn't satisfied with the haircut and wanted a small change the guy insisted that he had another client coming in and that what he did was what my husband asked for. When you own a business or work for a business you are supposed to satisfy the client which is something this barber shop clearly doesn't know how to execute properly. Very unprofessional of them. Instead of apologizing and saying something professional he tried to tell me how long I was there. Had an 11am appointment barber took him early at 1045 at 1110am I am asking what is going on. If your non black barbers are not good at cutting black hair be honest and save me the time and aggravation. I think the guys name was Aiden. Antonio cut my 2 1/2 year olds hair and did such a good job. He was quick and friendly and patient. The atmosphere is a normal barber shop with some chill music playing. They have a lot of chairs, not sure if they have that many people working there, but they seemed relatively steady which is always a good thing. It's $30 for a cut, which is about average. The place was clean and I did see two barbers clean their equipment between clients. Face masks were not required, but I did see them working around the loops around the ears while cutting. My nephew is here visiting for a few months. Snagged an appointment after getting a recommendation for this place from another Yelper.....THANK YOU!! Dropped my nephew off 10 minutes before his appointment time, he called me ready 50 minutes later and looked like a NEW MAN!! Austin Casas was the barber I had my appointment with. I paid $40 for the worst haircut I've ever gotten. First reason, it took him 1.5 hours to give me a fade. Two, he cut up my neck real bad left me stinging for a while. Three, the fade is terrible, didn't even blend it with the top. Last, I've never been sprayed with soo much water when scissoring the top. Make sure you bring goggles because you'll be swimming! I will never go back here. read more
