I have the McGill PGSS cover plan and this place offer not only the regular coverage but even more discount rates for students (30% off preventive services, 20% off basic services and 20% off major restorative). I only did the basic things (teeth clean up, cavity check etc) but I felt I am getting an excellent service everything felt so professional. The woman that did most of the work had good English and I could see she is making an extreme effort to talk to me in English (which is not always the case in Quebec). I hope I wont have to go there again but if I will need to go to a dentist this would be the place !!!!

Amazing! Yeah, no…read moreone usually uses the word amazing and dentist in the same sentence, but Dr. Collins at Clinique Dentaire La Cite definitely deserves the praise. I went to Dr. Collins as a new resident of Montreal, and had no clue for what a great experience I was in for. I had previously gone to a dentist in Chicago and knew that I needed a crown on a tooth that had previously undergone a root canal. Dr. Collins is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to. He made sure to make me feel comfortable and was very aware of how anxious I was about the procedure. He talked to me about all my options, never pressured me and took the procedure at a slower pace that I could handle. His office is gorgeous, and has a panoramic view of Mt. Royal and the canal. It is located on the 9th floor of the Transat Tower which is across the street from Parc Jeanne Mance and Parc Mount Royal. What a view! Completely different than most dentist offices, which resemble dungeons more than anything else. He put on a movie for me to watch while he was doing the procedure, it definitely helped me take my mind off of everything and eased my anxiety. His assistant was super sweet and chatted with me before and after, making me feel comfortable and not worried. I'm sooooooo glad I somehow found Dr. Collins, he made the whole experience painless in every way.

Of course it was not-it was sent to the dentist. I finally called the insurance a month later.... They had been paid out just a few days after the appointment. The office hadn't even whispered even though they were paid double for a service!! I called the clinic to fix the mistake.... Was hung up on. Went in to the office, still they tried to give me HALF of what the insurance paid them! Until I got very upset and made it known that I knew exactly what was going on. But they were willing to fit me in again that same afternoon for more work! Ha I quickly declined another rip off. Absolutely disgusting business practice.
