Would not recommend. Absolutely no discretion on privacy. My paperwork was shown to others, and they didn't even close doors behind them.

I had to wait over two hours to get my bloodwork done. And I was fasting so that wasn't fun. They also poked me several times because they couldn't find a vein. read more

i think that is just the clinic that i had faith going in to send me to lab work i got there at 8 fasting and guess wht there were 18 people ahead of me i get up at 4;am and going to that clinic and see peple wayting out side to lab work is just a crime. miriam i know what is like is just despicable for labs and doctors to do this i just came back home. read more

Especially when considering the size of Port Isabel. I'm still impressed with Robert, he's the type of NP that all NP's should strive to be. He's beyond competent, and not arrogant. I trust his opinion as I know it's based on facts. I'm rather picky with medical care given to myself and my family. I recommended my mother come to see Robert as I disagreed with some of the actions of her previous PCP. She took my advice and has been blown away by how her health has improved since she switched to Robert. No affiliation, I'm just a regular dumb nurse who wants the best for all.

The nurse recorded an incorrect weight of an elderly patient (off by 23 pounds) that affected his insulin for his diabetes . This arrogant woman got hostile that I brought it to her attention. How dare I question a nurse? Really rude. Gail screamed at an elderly patient with dementia. What is wrong with these people? They are in the wrong business.

Additionally, it took 4 phone calls to have a prescription sent to the correct pharmacy. Upon the fourth call, Cassie was less than pleased with my dissatisfaction and continued to talk over me. I will not be returning to this office ever again. It is clear that although the physician's name is on the building, this office is devoid of any actual professionalism.
