About 4 months ago, I brought my cat here for a suspected sprained ankle. I paid for the X-ray and they told me that he had a broken leg, and referred me to a clinic in Duncan, and they told me that the surgery would be about $1600 to have it pinned. I was between pay cheques and was trying to find the funds. About a week later I received a message from an SPCA officer that said i had been reported by the clinic for neglect,(without following up with me) and and I would have to surrender him if i didn't get the surgery. I asked the vet if i could keep him on the pain meds until i had the funds, and then she suggested I amputate. after two weeks of trying to make a decision i took him for a second opinion at Petroglyph and the vet there said that the leg would heal on its own as long as I kept him on the meds and safe inside. After a month and half, he healed and he's his old self again, but because of a improper diagnosis and lack of compassion from their Vet, I almost lost my cat, or his paw. I would not suggest this clinic to anyone. Also, I wrote this as a review originally and they deleted the review option on their Facebook page after I posted it and blocked me. Very unprofessional and uncompassionate. read more
