I saw some buckets with lovely items - cut greenery - and on the window, there were prices for x number of stems. It looked like they were selling them. This woman about to enter the store raised her voice and was telling me things - she was rude and spoke with what seemed to be an Irish accent. I assumed she was a customer so I basically told her I didn't ask for her to say anything to me. About a minute later, this nice guy comes out and helps me, which I appreciated;however, this is the last time I buy from Godley's. The woman was someone who should NEVER be around customers. She has zero customer service. Since the guy came out to help me so quickly, I believe this rude woman actually works there. Sadly, this experience is enough - their flats of annuals aren't worth giving $$$ to a company either run by or employs this person without keeping her completely away from all customers. She was NOT having a bad day either.

Three days later, I called & was told "we have this posted about no returns/exchanges". I did not see it nor was told nor received a receipt for the over the phone purchase. I should never have accepted the plant, but was in a hurry that day. I can't believe they would not do an exchange 3 days later when it was still in the pot. I will never order again from them. No wonder their business seems little off from years ago.

They came by to assess taking out two tree stumps. I told them that they could just wrap a chain on…read moreeach of them and pull them out with their big truck. They agreed and attached the chain to a winch that is built into the front of the truck and pulled them out no sweat. These guys are very nice and their price for this job was very reasonable. All the other guys who wanted the work wanted to rent a stump chewer and charge me a LOT. These guys listened and took my advice. I will call them again if in need of their services.
