Honestly have to admit this place keeps getting better every week I go there. Amazing Store, amazing staff, amazing prices. There produce is always great, I don't know how they do it. There shelves are usually full as well, unlike a lot of other places in town I don't shop at anymore, unless its something frills does not carry. I get about 90% of my items at frills and save pretty big money. Walmarts shelves are always empty, and sobeys and coop are just alot more expensive. read more
