We where there…read moreto set up a court ordered escrow account, we signed all the papers and paied all the fees, we left the other party to finish signing their end of the papers , were thought it was over. Then Inland calls me the next day and said the other party walked out without leaving the signed court order papers with Inland, they took the signed papers with them. I do not know what was said after we left that would cause the other party to walk out and disregard the court order?? I will go down the road to Baines for anything else we need in the future they know how important customer service is.
