ClientGrove started as a local social media marketing company with a goal to bring consistent social media marketing to Southeast Texas. Over the last few years, ClientGrove eventually grew into a full scale marketing agency providing effective marketing for local businesses of Southeast Texas.
Meet the Business Owner: Justin L.
I built my first website when I was 12. It stayed a hobby for a long time.
What turned it into a business was watching a friend pay thousands of dollars for a website that wasn't good. It wasn't broken, it was just bad. Slow, generic, and it never brought him a single customer. He had no way of knowing he'd overpaid, because he had nothing to compare it to.
That sent me looking at what was actually available around here, and the answer was mostly big agencies. Some of them are good. But they're priced and built for companies a lot larger than the businesses I grew up around in Southeast Texas. If you run a gym or a bar or a shop in this area, your options were an agency that treats you like an account number, or somebody selling you a template.
I'm from here. We started ClientGrove in 2024 to be a third option.
Our first client was family: Mooney Boys Jiu-Jitsu, handling their social media. We still work the same way we did then, one business at a time.
