Our experience is that they too failed to honour any agreed terms and for the most part we received an unreliable service. There work is of a very basic standard for which they will charge you above market rates.They wont compromise there business model and its strictly built on maximising profits once you have signed up. There using basic templates and coding practices and are not innovative. The entire customer service and support is run by an apprentice called James' who will promise that someone will call you back and or direct you to the support ticket service on there site, which doesn't work at all. Your meant to get a reply within two days but in my case Its been several months and still haven't heard a thing. They switched my hosting off without any notice, prior to expiry and did not even have the courtesy of informing me about renewals. Now they want to charge for sending the blue print to my site, as I dont want to give them any further business, that charge is £65 plus vat. But I've already paid for my site £1250 plus Vat. Re- hosting with them is still £150 plus vat annually, again these costs are not in line with market rates. You can host £75 for two years with http://www.easyhost.co.uk they can put you in touch with amazing web designers for free. you can get a better site than mine for for under £400. If your getting charged above £500 your getting ripped off, walk away because you will never get value. Our Mistake was until now that we hadn't shopped around. Learn from my mistakes. This industry has had some serious price corrections and you just but have to shop about. Spoke with Peter recently too and he told my he answered my call on the off chance as James was on lunch and he no longer deals with sales enquiries only support but would look into my concerns and revert back..Guess what? still waiting. I just want my files to host elsewhere even prepared to pay them there asking price but still completely avoiding me and ignoring my emails, calls and voice mail messages. read more

STAY AWAY TO AVOID LIKE PLAIGUE. They are real SCAM. The boss SIMON PETER PAUL keeps creating new companies, take money from customers and then close business and open another company. He has 13 companies in different sectors, all registred in 30 high street Buxton (just have a look at their address in google map street view, you will understand.) They are impossible to reach on the phone and their customer service inexistant. STAY AWAY from any company registered by SIMON PETER PAUL especially their new FRUITY MEDIA GROUP, which is basically the same shit with different name. They have charge us ridiculous money for the website they design for us. The result was not good and full of mistakes and we couldnt have any support from anyone. They have charge us for services they couldnt deliver, and when I finally managed to get SIMON PETER PAUL on the phone (07966134463) his answer to our complain was f*ck you and hang up on us.
