They arrived Adult Medium and they wore like a dress on our son. I spoke to one of the young ladies and she apologized when it was not their error and passed me to the manager. I spoke to her and she said to bring in what we had so we can figure out what we can do. Several of the young ladies worked so hard to find Adult Smalls for our son and even helped him find some space where he could try on the hoodies and the shirts. I was very impressed! The Adult Smalls were a lot better and I was more than willing to accept what they had and call it a day. They took the time to make sure that the amount paid was equal to what I was ordering and when it was all said it done, we were owed four dollars. WOW! Even though Bryant Ideas does do shirt printing they do a lot of different marketing and signage. Whether your business needs sticky notes, pens, signage, etc.. They have it and they are more than willing to work with you. I was very impressed with their professionalism and friendly can do attitude.
