When I heard this was open, we went out for a few drinks and dinner with my family. The beer was good, a lot of options. Overall environment and outdoor patio are nice too. The food is where they are lacking. Nothing to write home about, mediocre pub food. They do not use actual plates/silverware, but rather styrofoam plates and plasticware. Food is good but why such a small menu? You are a brewing company and don't offer a line of sandwiches, but offer sushi? Pizza is good but 1 small size option and pricey. The primary reason for the 2 star is your food safety sanitation standards. Employees really shouldn't be eating the food they are prepping, not using sanitizer solution while towels are left sitting on countertops simply collecting cross contamination/bacteria and then spread as you reuse to wipe countertops down, and finally if your prep guys are prepping food they really shouldn't push the trash further into the trash can, not change their gloves, and continue prepping food! If you are going to have an open kitchen you better bring it on sanitation standards and quite frankly your not, you are actually a food born illness waiting to happen. Pretty darn tasty! The tacos and pizza were delicious. The live music is fun and you can still have a conversation. Friendly service and all staff seemed to be taking covid seriously which is refreshing in this area. Tables were far enough apart and all employees were wearing masks. read more

We had high hopes for this place. The beer and drinks selection looked good and the menu that we saw online looked interesting. Given the current situation with limited seating, we were pleased to be seated quickly. We ordered a couple of drinks and then looked at the menu. My husband chose the meatball sliders with a side of mac and cheese and I chose the pulled pork tacos. His sliders arrived and my food was nowhere in sight. Since my dish did not come with a side I took a taste of the mac and cheese. It was cold! Not lukewarm, but out of the refrigerator cold. No sign of our server to let her know. I then took a taste of the meatball...also cold. As I continued to wait for my meal our server finally made her way to our table to ask about our food whereupon she could see I still did not have my food. We let her know that his food was cold and unacceptable. A manager eventually made his way over and made NO attempt to apologize for the cold food and in fact said, "that's the way we serve it". In addition, he said that food for every table does NOT come out together. They have 3 prep areas and the food all comes out at different times. I cancelled my order and we left. He did not charge for anything, at least. We did notice that the menu is rather eclectic and it seems they need to "pick a lane". We noticed the individual pizzas on the menu at 16-18 dollars per order. Quite pricey particularly after we saw a few come out. They have no hood system (that we could see) and no pizza ovens, so we were left wondering how they actually prepare the food. How do they get it to temperature? Also, is anything actually prepared on site? I would go back for drinks and maybe some nachos on a night that they have entertainment. Otherwise, no. read more

Went in for lunch today on a Sunday after a long bike ride. Was hesitant to eat in a Lake Cty restaurant due to no mask policy but was delighted to see ALL staff had masks, and most even had gloves. Ate at the outside patio and there was plenty of air flow w/ fans, etc. to even make a hot day enjoyable. Waitress was super pleasant, beer was great, food was great, disposable paper menus, hand sanitizer on table, - overall a super enjoyable experience! read more

At first glance the menu looked appetizing, then after talking with a couple that were just getting up from their table they made sure to tell us not to order the CBC pizza or sushi as it was horrible, so we stuck with the chicken dip, which was not good at all. Went there yesterday with my grandkids, we were a party of six. We were there once before and sat outside near the stage and my grandkids loved it. We asked if we could sit outside again, both big tables were available. They said those tables are reserved for larger parties, and we couldn't sit there. So we ended up sitting inside. I ordered the trio sliders, my husband ordered some sushi, my daughter a Poke bowl and my grandchildren each got a pizza and one a hotdog, plus two sides of fries. My food got delivered to the table first, and about every 5 min or so, another food item would arrive. I would have loved to get served all together, but I guess that's how they serve their food here. My grandson that got the hotdog and fries, was the last and we had to ask the server for his food. She didn't even apologize for not delivering the hotdog and fries. So, my sliders were terrible. The chicken was actually hard and dried out pieces, the pork had an after taste to it, almost like it was old. The meatball one was okay, if you like frozen meatballs. This kids pizzas were really good and so were the fries. If we were able to sit outside, we might have stayed longer to have a few beverages, but we didn't. Not sure if I am going to go back, if I do I will only go for the beer and definitely not the food. read more

We have been here many times and enjoyed it every time, except for the day we met the manager. Due to covid, kids have to sit in chairs or be with their parents, totally fine, so he sat next to us playing with his toys. However, the manager came up to me, got down to my eye level, tilted his head down and raised his eyebrows telling me how he cannot leave our side (which he hadn't and I told him that). As I watched this manager, he only reprimanded the moms with kids, didn't say a single thing to dads. I kept watching him as people lined up to speak to him about something they were upset with. We had ordered our food and received 15 minutes later (2 pizzas and an app - the app came last) BUT I ordered sushi at the same time and 45 minutes after ordering and inquiring a couple times, they said 5 more minutes over and over or our sushis next up. We decided to move to a bar top so our child could play on the grass without being in anyone's way and 15 minutes later, still no sushi with little talking about it not being here. After asking our server, the manager came over and told us "it has only been 26 minutes" so we said, weird our server and we are saying we ordered and hr ago so are we lying? He insisted it was "26 minutes and it was a very busy night for sushi, there was nothing he could do about that" (I was shocked) and that is "what his timer says". He was very rude, very condescending and after all of that told us he would give us 50% off of the sushi that we still have not even received, what??? He finally explained we can just take it since he would have to throw it out, 10 minutes later we decided to walk to the entrance and meet him there as we had still not received the sushi where we waited another 10 minutes until he acknowledged us and the sushi wasn't even ready, nor the bill (asked for bill 3 times). This manager is a joke and if he spent more time worrying about his kitchen and not the moms letting their toddlers play right next to them as he hovered over people, he may have been able to handle the food orders and not receive so many upset customers. I would also recommend having him take a class in customer service, your staff is great at it minus him. read more

The food is awesome! The service...not so much. You can't be in a hurry here. It takes a while to see a waitress and then once you submit your drink order you wait....and wait...and wait... We got samples which came immediately but the drinks? Not so much. We ordered an appetizer to start with and wanted to put in our dinner order too but the waitress wouldn't take it. She said " I'll check back after your appetizer and take your order." Thank God we weren't in a hurry! When our appetizer came we asked for plates as there were 3 of us splitting it. The person, not our waitress, said he would get plates and disappeared. Never to be seen again.. One person in our party went and got plates for us and napkins since you get one and no more. The waitress came back when we were finishing our appetizer and took our order. My husband wanted another beer to drink during dinner. The dinner showed up and no beer until he was finished. By then he didn't want it. Yes, the food is phenomenal. The service is pretty bad. Overall we spent an hour and a half there and we were seated as soon as we walked in. Very solid beer but guys come on. The prices of the food are rediculous, especially for this area. Have been 6 times. Food is decent but for the price it has to be downgraded. You can use fancy chef lingo but you better come through. Today i got an $18 dollar "wild" mushroom pizza. The mozarella is supposed to be special but it's only decent. Lemon ricotta is solid. A minuscule amount of white truffle oil. I get it's a strong flavor , therefore it shouldn't jack the price up that much. I've got it and i know it's not THAT expensive. The wild mushrooms consisted of button mushrooms and baby bellas I think. Maybe there was a tiny shitake stem. Where are the whole shiitakes? Where are the oyster or trumpet mushrooms. Please dont call the most basic of.mushrooms wild. Your margins on that pizza have to be 500% or more That is a ripoff. Also, charging Amura prices for okay sushi is asinine, especially in the Clermont area. Lastly, the salsa needs an option for some heat. Let me add that the smoke did come through on the basic mushrooms. Appreciate that, but lets be honest with the consumer or I'm turned off for good. read more

The atmosphere changes throughout the day. I have been there for lunch and it is like any other pizza / salad place. I've had everything from the salads and pizzas to the sushi. All have improved over the last two months that they have been open. The evenings are like a multi-generational frat party. It can be loud but great bands get the people up dancing. Weekends outside (once the weather cools off) are going to be awesome. There is pork and chicken cooking all day on the smoker. Two bars (in and out), darts, putting green, friendly staff who are very attentive, and great beer. The craft drinks aren't cheap but this is good. The quality is the best you can get - muddled raspberries? Yes, please. Trivia Tuesdays are better than before and fun. All in all, local, good fun. read more

This week @sweetestdogever1 and I visited @clermontbrewingcompany for the famous Smokin Wing Wednesdays. Here's the lowdown that you need to know for these wings. 1. They are only served on Wednesdays 2. There is a limited supply. They start serving them at 3pm, and it'd first come first serve. I got there around 530, and they had enough for 40 orders of 8 left. So plan ahead on this one. The wings themselves are marinated for 24 hrs in their brew masters hazy IPA, then dusted by a special rub with a "touch" of heat in it. Then smoked and finished off in the 700* oven. Before being tossed in one of 5 specialty sauces. I'm going to go a little out of my normal order here so bare with me. Since I started with the wings I'm going to keep going. They are jumbo and very meaty in size. Definitely can get filled up on 8 wings. They had 5 sauces and we got 8 wings of 4 out of the 5 sauces. Skipping only bbq, because well its bbq. For sauces I'm going give you my favorite down and why. 1st is Garlic parm, which is a shock even to me. This sauce, smoked, marinate, and rub combo is just perfect. 2. Kicking bourbon for me was a perfect sauce with the smoke. Just missed the kick. 3 Buffalo this one was just a great Buffalo nothing else to really note. 4. Sriracha Honey had the heat that I wished the burbon had. Sadly the spice covered up the honey. The bluecheese here does lack a little bit for me. It was just a normal blue with minimal chunks. I would give this section a 9.2. Quality of food per cost was severely effected by the national shortage. The cost of 8 wings was $16, but they made up a little for it with big wings and tons of bluecheese..so they get a 7.5 here. Service is on point all the way. Giving them a hard 9 here. Never really lacking for anything. Ambience is a brewery but it gives you a awesome small town bar feel that it is. No matter what your comfy with your surroundings and the fellow customers around you. So Ambience I will definitely go with a 9. Overall bringing CBC a high score of 8.75. Owners did a great job thinking things through before opening. Typically new restaurants have more kinks in customer care in those first few months but the service/staff was great here. never been so disrespected with my service animal! We wanted to come out and see the brewery since it just opened and my fiance has a trained service animal that he needs with him. when we arrived we were told that our service animal was not allowed inside or on the back patio. they proceeded to tell us if we chose to stay we had to sit in the front of the restaurant outside! I explained that the dog was a service animal and they told me that service animals are not permitted inside or the back patio! THIS BEHAVIOR IS ILLEGAL!! Never going to return here and hope no one who has a service animal ever comes, this made my fiance so embarrassed he never wants to return. For a new company you should know your laws better shame on you all! read more

Finally they opened! My girlfriend and I used to take walks when the Brewery was under construction. We decided to come by as an early fathers day lunch today. When we walked in we were greeted by a hostess and she asked if we wanted to be seated outback? When she took us outback we were blown away by how awesome it looked. The musician was great and the staff was so friendly. Our waiter was Brandon,he helped us decide on the beers and pizza.Great choices!!! The only thing bad we can say about this place is the food selection. We were only allowed to order pizza today. Maybe it's because the place is new. Beautiful build out. I love the ambiance. The manager is very focused on providing an experience much more upscale than their more budget friendly competition. As i was leaving on my first visit I stopped to make a suggestion. Not only did the manager listen to my suggestion, she took action and followed up with me on my next visit. Love the hummus too!!
