This is one of the very best places in Clermont. The food is good some of it is outstanding. The sushi isn't the best I've ever had but they certainly are tasty and good bar food. The bbq anything is great (I see you nachos)... but by far, the atmosphere is fantastic, fun and laid back. Great place for regulars or visitors. Super starving when we got there. The atmosphere was nice the staff was great BUT! No burgers, fries or pork!! The menu was very limited after you take those away. Atmosphere and live music was good. However, the pizza was horrible. We ordered the Blondie pizza. It seemed like they cooked the crust and threw all the toppings on uncooked at the end. I love this place & it's unfortunate that my last experience here was ruined due to one individual. We started off at the bar & the drinks were amazing! The bartender was friendly, efficient, and I believe her name was Angel (I apologize, I can't quite remember). My husband and I decided to opt out of a table since Angel was so nice. When we were ready to order food we were surprised to see that the menu had changed so drastically! We chose to share a pizza. We noticed that we had been waiting for quite some time and were growing quite displeased. Then we spotted that there was only one person making the pizzas! ONE PERSON?! Eddy & I were mystified! As we grew more hungry all we could do was observe this poor man working hard by himself as another gentleman stood there. Turns out he was the manager! When walked by, Eddy got a glimpse of his name tag. Brett was the manager who was zero help to the young man working hard to make pizzas & when we asked Brett about the wait, he simply brushed us off and went back to doing nothing. The pizza did eventually arrive & it was delicious but, no thanks to Brett. I have to say, managers such as Brett are what cause good employees to up & quit. If you can't take care of your employees, how do you expect them to want to come to work?! Ordered the Pack Mule which was pretty good and came out quickly. For food we ordered the pork tacos and sushi. The only side they have is cole slaw which comes on most of the food so it's redundant. Tacos came out first then the sushi took like three times as long. When I asked the server she said oh it takes longer, they should prepare for that so all food comes together. Great place to catch up with friends and great customer service. We ordered 4 sushi rolls, our 4th roll was taking a while and we politely asked our server...within 5 minutes it was out. Our server and food runner both apologized for the confusion and inconvenience (which it wasn't since we were just finishing up our 3rd roll when it came out and had planned to be there awhile for drinks.) Then the assistant manager came and again apologized, saying "that's not how they operate" he then insisted on taking it off our bill. Love when small businesses bring new and exciting things to Clermont. However, try to reserve for a large party and they require a $1000 contact. I tried to reserve the back yard for a party if 36. 36! 10 families and their kids. Not sure what a business is thinking by turning away this kind of crowd but hope they realize they lost the chance to make an impression on 10 families who wanted to support the new place in town. The manager said it was the company policy and it's so they can guarantee they will make money. Nothing like punching a gift horse in the mouth. We would be there for 2 hours and that means they think in that amount of time those 10 families (tables) would generate $1000 normally? $100 a table for lunch at 1:30? I am so happy Clermont has a neat place like this. I was born and raised here, and let me say my little hometown has come a long way! I really like the atmosphere and the staff was all very friendly. I looked at the menu ahead of time, to make sure there was something I could eat- which fit my dietary rerstrictions. I was very disappointed to find out they only serve pizza and dessert for lunch. Although the pizza was very tasty...I don't think a restaurant should completely exclude an entire group of people who aren't to able and/or shouldn't eat pizza. Even just a simple salad option would have been appreciated. I definitely can understand offering a limited lunch menu, but strictly pizza is very limiting at a place like this. Even your local Mom & Pop pizza place offers at least a side salad option. I would go back, but not for lunch. read more

A great new local craft brewery in downtown Clermont. They make a wide variety of craft beers and have pizza and sushi. Not many vegan options though. The atmosphere and decor are excellent but for me the highlight is the outside seating in back. Pictures do not do it justice. Just a great place. read more

Just had our first try of CBC. Really enjoyed the the Amber Ale as well as the pizza and sushi. All were excellent! Only negative was the water tasted like it came out of a garden hose. It's sometimes the small things that make a difference. We'll be back to try some other things and enjoy some of the upcoming good weather in their back yard. read more

Holy good surprise! They have a great happy hour M-F 3-6 to start with! Half off majority or good draft beers and some good menu item. Love this spot... the food is delicious, the service is always friendly, quick and efficient. I like that they really put some thought into the environment, it has a great feel to it. Indoor and outside seating... a covered porch outside with both tables and lounge seating. Nice enclosed Grassy area for kids to safely play... so very family friendly as well. They have great pizza! The only thing I wish they had that they don't... is hamburgers and wings... just seems odd that a brewery/bar would not have those items on the menu... anyway just a suggestion, otherwise I love this place! read more

Giving 5 stars because I really can't fault anything at this place. I am not a beer drinker so had the house cab which was really good. Hubby loved his beer. We split a Sante Fe salad and Pesto pizza. Both were wonderful as was the service. Waiter was friendly and attentive and although the place was buzzing, the drinks and food were delivered surprisingly fast. Prices typical for this type of place. The two of us had a great meal for about $50. Great vibe. Clermont so needed this! read more

If you're looking for a family oriented restaurant, this is not the place nor the food, returned food twice and still was not satisfied. The chips and salsa my family and I ordered were horrible, go to a real Mexican restaurant for real chips and salsa. I had ordered a salad and it was plain and not too tasteful. We come here with friends all the time. We also bring family here when they are in town. The service is always great and food is consistent. I like that they have a full bar, and not just beer and wine. They are on the pricey side though. Their Hefeweizen cannot best Crooked Can's though but their beers are all great! Some of the food could have use more spices or sauces such as the meatball and pulled pork sliders, or my friend ordered the Wake 'n Bake Pizza which didn't have any egg on it so any bit without bacon was on the bland side. Stopped in yesterday and headed to back bar- first time here. Great music selection and apps! Magic Mushroom pizza was awesome, too. Better atmosphere, food and music than Crooked Can. Front porch is for dogs and kids, back deck has astroturf but no dogs allowed there. The back is where the action is so that's a shame. Have live bands most evenings so may be going back tonight.
