Not having any equipment with us, we found Harborside Cycle & Sport online. The Saturday hours were only 10 am until 2 pm. When we told Tommy that we wanted to go cross country skiing, but there was no way we would be back before the store closed. He was so nice. He gave us his cell phone number and told us to call him when we were back in town, he would meet us at the store. We were able to get a full day of skiing in without rushing. I will go there whenever I am in the area, for skiing or biking. Thank you again Tommy!

    Can't really say much about the quality of their work, because they flat refused to even look at my…read moretrike when I had a wheel bearing go bad. They explained they were "being more selective" about the bikes they deign to work on. So if your bike is too heavy, or too complicated, or simply doesn't fit their standards for whatever bizarre reason, best look elsewhere. As an added note, when I explained that I was an elderly Air Force retiree who depends on my AddMotor as a primary source of transportation, the response was, "With all due respect I also don't have anything that can lift a 150lb bike. It doesn't sound like we will be the right fit for you, thank you for your service and have a nice day." I'll leave it to you to decide how sincere this response was. My trike was fixed by a retired professional wrestler on the tailgate of a pickup in about 45 minutes. But it was too much for these "professionals". Draw your own conclusions.
