Juan spent at least two hours with me helping me choose birthday presents for my friends and taught me the ins and outs of jewelry the whole time and even checked something to make sure it was genuine diamonds before selling it as diamonds. He confirmed that it was not, and that earned my trust and business right there. He even gave me a gift! I was concerned about conducting an 8K transaction through the mail but my ring arrived at 10 am and funds were in my account by 1:30. There were no Shenanigans and the price quoted was what I received, in fact when we learned that my diamond was actually larger than my appraisal described they were honest enough to disclose it and increased the amount paid!
