The storage facility is okay. Nothing good or bad about it. The problems are in the management. Setup recurring billing, only worked for one month. Several times they changed our monthly rate without forewarning. Thankfully when challenged, they put us back to the normal amount. When we finally emptied the unit and followed their instructions, they then called us a month later with $90 in late fees. DO NOT USE IF YOU LIKE NORMAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. read more
