He worked me into his schedule between jobs the next day and fixed our well pump that had wires wearing and didn't just force me to buy a new pump. We tried to get it to work, but could not get water out of the 14 foot deep pipe. (It was clogged with sediment.) I contacted Caster Drilling via email on a Tuesday morning and was hoping to get a response by the following week. I was wrong. Trent, the owner himself, responded back 4 hours later. He came over that same evening to assess the situation. He was extremely knowledgeable and did not make unnecessary recommendations. The next morning I had a quote, that was very reasonable.
