It's also because the owner, Tyler, is super-professional, energetic, responsive, communicative, and a word you don't hear too often anymore - HONEST. Plus, he is one of the few pressure washing services whose business is not only licensed, but is covered with General Liability & Worker's Comp insurance. To me that means he cares about his business, his reputation and also those working for him. To top it all off - he is reasonably priced! Here's my story which may help you to understand why he is worth at least a call... I was trying to sell a relative's home in Dunnellon, FL from 1000 miles away & had to hire a softwasher/pressure washer service but the one recommended for the Dunnellon area by the real estate agent was booked up for over 2 weeks. I researched like mad on Google, Homeadvisor, you name it & the ones that were "available" within a week or so - were either $$$$ (price gouging), had no or poorer reviews, or no response when contacted. I saw all the great reviews for Sunny Sometimes Softwash & Tyler on Google & HomeAdvisor and thought there would be know way he would be able to help me within a week because his reviews seemed too good to be true. Thankfully, I was wrong. He responded to me quickly and luckily he said he could not guarantee the exact day he could be there in the next week, as he would make the effort to work me in after the other jobs. He also answered my questions and thoroughly explained the process. Plus, he quoted me a standard (not price-gouging!) price for the work. Not only was he true to his word by coming 3 days later. He let me know he was there and shot a photo of the roof as process was in place. My real estate agent was absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and even asked for his cards. He had multiple ways to pay when job was finished (I did Quickpay). All-in-all - the whole process from 1st phone call, to getting job done, to payment exceeded my expectations. 5 star's all the way around!!!!!!!!!!!!
