This happened late on Friday afternoon during the Holidays when people have places to be and things to get done. Community National Bank bent over backwards and stayed late to help us get temporary banking cards. We would not have been able to continue our trip and make a family funeral without them. We never would have gotten this level of service from a big national bank. I would probably still be on hold to a call center overseas. One more reason to shop and do business local because they really do care. Thank you everyone at Community National Bank that helped us out!

I just had the worst experience at this location.Ashley Langione the assistant manager is the most…read moreheartless disrespectful person I have ever dealt with.My niece lost her husband and when she went to withdraw money from their joint bank account this person told my niece with a smile on her face that she could not withdraw money and that she was going to freeze their joint account until she could produce a death certificate leaving my niece and her two daughters with no money and she seemed to find a sick disgusting thrill in this. Completely unprofessional behavior. Even if that is the banks policy,the behavior of Ashley Langione was completely deplorable. How can a person with such lack of compassion be the face of this bank.I advise anyone that uses this location to find another place to do their banking business.

We picked FNB, several years ago, for the location (right on the square) and architecture (it's a beautiful bank inside and out). If the appearance doesn't make you feel like you are stepping back in time, the customer service will. On this day (Monday 4/4/16) I was helped by Maria C. All I can say is fantastic experience and missions accomplished. Thank you! Bottom line: It really is, "Your hometown bank." PS. While lobby hours are a little short (anyone remember "banker hours"), the "Motor Bank" has extended and Saturday hours.
