After double checking everything I am satisfied with their cleaning and appreciate that they did fix the problem areas as soon as I mentioned it. They were very attentive the second time around so I do appreciate that and they made sure that I was happy with the service! I was a little disappointed that attention to detail wasn't more of a focus. There were several areas that were still dusty and not fully cleaned. I had to go around and double check everything was properly deep cleaned. I do understand that checking is part of the 100% guarantee, but I wish I didn't have to ask them to go back and re clean some areas For $600 worth of cleaning (including rug and chair)...I shouldn't have to follow people around after they are done to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. But overall a good experience. I would potentially use the In the future...it's just very expensive. My place does feel very clean though.

Do not be fooled by the positive reviews…read more They advertise a "21-point cleaning checklist," yet many basic items--things that had been cleaned previously during a regular cleaning--were not touched at all. We paid for an extremely expensive deep cleaning, and the results were completely unacceptable. They sent four people to the house, yet upon inspection, large portions of the home were still dusty, dirty, and clearly ignored. Several surfaces were visibly covered in dust. This was not a deep clean by any definition. They removed trash from the cans but did not replace any trash bags, despite specifically asking us to provide them ahead of time. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. Even more concerning, we completed their pre-cleaning form and explicitly requested extra care around the computers in our home. This request was completely ignored. The floors were over-mopped, causing water damage that short-circuited a computer, resulting in $150 out of pocket for a replacement part. After I raised these concerns, the company reached out and offered a partial refund, acknowledging there were issues. However, the refund was never issued, and they never followed up or contacted me again. This lack of accountability only added to an already frustrating experience. Between the missed areas, careless work, damage caused, and a refund that was promised but never delivered, their claims feel misleading at best and dishonest at worst. I am deeply disappointed and do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you are considering a deep cleaning or have valuable items in your home.

    The team did not complete the rotational tasks on two separate visits, so I did not get what I paid…read morefor. When I called them about this, they wanted to send the team back but instead we agreed it would be fine if they completed the rotational tasks on all rooms on their next visit. When it came time for the next visit, they told me I would be upcharged. I tried to remind them about my previous calls but they insisted there would be an upcharge. I cancelled their service. Their employees were late arriving and lacked proper training. One of them did not even know what a baseboard is.

I had to call management more than one occasion because my house was not cleaned well. The last time I called which was a week ago I told them I was done. I was asked why by Tiffany, and I explained to her how terrible the cleaning has been the last several times. We're supposed to have your rooms additionally cleaned at different times. The last time was my kitchen, they were supposed to pay extra attention to things like furniture in those areas, range hoods, baseboards etc. none of that was done. I have pictures and video of me looking at it after I returned home to grease on top and under my range hood. My chairs were never dusted, except for one. Baseboards in all three of the bathrooms were never wiped down. And the sink was not touched in one of my bathrooms. She said she how sorry she was and she would return my phone call the very next day or the owner would return my phone call very next day. When asked how she could make amends for this I told her I wanted part of my money back since I only had a partial clean. It took a while to get a call back, but after my review I did. Tiffany was very sorry, and after some discussion said she would have the owner call me. I wanted a portion of my Money back.....Tiffany said she would relay my message again to the owner, however it's in the print of the contract that they do not issue refunds. I told her it's in very bold print in all of your advertising that satisfaction is guaranteed. The owner finally did call, and after much discussion agreed to give me a portion of my money back to his discretion. With the understanding I would revise my review. I agreed, that I would add to my review that he did call me back and we did finally resolve this issue. This was a lot of work for a little bit of money! The cleaning is less than subpar.
