I hardly know where to start... I had a pet stain on one of my three carpets, which motivated me to contact Hydra Maxx. A team of two came out, not only could they not remove the cat vomit stain (which I subsequently was able to removed myself with Nature's Miracle), buy they wet my carpet so much that three large brown wicking stains appeared after the carpet dried. I called Hydra Maxx to inform them of the problem and they did sent another team out. However, the second team doubled down on the brown wicking stains and made them larger and darker. I finally called another carpet cleaning service (World Class Services Carpet Cleaning), and they had the expertise, accountability, and sheet patience to finally remove these wet process wicking stains by using a dry cleaning formula. Bottom line: save yourself a lot of headache and hire someone who has decades of experience cleaning carpets like World Class Services Carpet Cleaning and stay away from Hydra Maxx, who I am convinced wouldn't even have the know-how or products to remove these secondary stains that THEY caused in the first place.​​

William Boom has owned & managed this 4-person carpet & uphostery cleaning franchise for 21 yrs. (His two sons work for him.) One of two work vans are sent to compete a work order-- see pic. (Any business open two plus decades must be doing a lot right:) William & his employee (I'm so bad w/ names-- I apologize) spent at least ONE HOUR cleaing each recliner! That was prior to the men Scotchguarding each chair for $20. The initial cleaning was $65 per chair. These two men (see pic) took so much time deep cleaning the recliners while using very little water. By tonight, I should be able to sit in them. The chairs now look incredible! I'm so impressed. Our low grade carpet from when we purchased a brand new home is about five years old, well worn with pets, honestly, my wife and I talk about replacing the carpet, but why? Nicole and Michael whole heartedly make the carpet look brand new. The high traffic areas get a little spots on them, the surface of the carpet looks fuzzy and worn, and we're thinking now it's time to replace the carpet, they do their job on it and it looks brand new! I think the spots are just part of the carpet now, they clean them, completely gone. They spray the carpet with this very pleasant citrus spray, go over it with a rotating machine and really clean it. We have two cats, are constantly vacuuming the carpet and one of them has a habit of throwing up almost daily, we have cleaned the spots off the carpet so many times and when Michael and Nicole come we wonder why we ever stressed about it at all, the carpet looks brand new again. Having true professionals who really get in and do it right add to the quality environment in our home because everything smells and looks clean and new. Using them is like very good maintenance and I think it probably makes the carpet last longer. I know one thing, I don't feel like replacing it after they come.
