We were convinced we needed to hire a premium housekeeper at a rate of 13.75/hr as opposed to the basic rate of 10.00/hr, which we gladly did. The service was nowhere near this - we had to send on a weekly basis photos of things that went wrong - drycleaning put in the washing machine, empty rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms, etc. After raising issue after issue we were simply told our cleaner would not be returning and that they didn't have anyone else for us. Overall it was a let down.

It's a small flat. 3 hours every two weeks is normally needed. 6 hours resulted lesser in this instance. I didn't have the time to get the results I wanted. I hired these guys. They cleaned it. It's somewhat cleaner. It's not a deep clean though. £126 and I have to clean myself. It's up to you but I won't repeat order. It would be a complete waste of money. Especially as I was told it's too late to raise a concern once they have my money. Other options are abundant. I have pictures of the results but they're not interested. Live and learn. We called them to ask them to come back as per the 48hours guarantee but it has been mentionned they could not come back. The estate agent therefore had to use its own cleaner and we have been charged an additional £150. I asked End of Tenancy Cleaners for a refund and they refused, and also never admitted their mistake despite the fact we sent them many pictures of theyr bad work (received from the second cleaning company). I would definitely avoid this company in any case, bad work, no respect for the customer, ... Dont go to cheap, you will obviously be disappointed like we did.

I stopped calling and have proceded to small claims paperwork and getting estimates for hte repair myself. My advice - don't use this cleaning company. On several occasions cleaners haven't turned up when…read morethey were supposed to. Both times it was to collect keys and both times I had to take time off from work to wait in for someone who didn't turn up. Similarly on two different occasions when the cleaner had been cancelled they turned up anyway. My partner and I often work nights and ended up being woken up by someone coming into our house when we were not expecting it. Communication skills, by Lynn in particular, leave a lot to be desired. This company seem to have a very poor grasp on customer service. We have ceased our contract with them - which of course comes with a fee which of course wasn't explained when we signed up!
