I have been with this comany for over 5 years they lack custmer service the qauity of the cothing and cleanness of it when retuurned is poor there prices in a ripp off when it come time to review your contract they try an doge you as to enfore there auto renawal my adice stay away!!!! read more

Be very very careful with their sneeky sales reps.They do not explain all the terms and fees of the contract. Using this company was the worst deciscion I ever made. I was notified weeks later by the driver I had just signed a 5yr contract. I was shocked!! When I tried contacting someone about the matter, that the sales rep had never mentioned a 5 yr contract at all.. They just laughed and said they couldnt help me. After I tried contacting the sales rep.. They told had me he no longer worked there..How.Ironic.. The driver had told me that the sales rep had done that to numerous small businesses, and that they had fired him. When I tried closing the account & services they said that I had to pay the remaining balance on the contract...It was over 5K dollars... I had no choice but to keep using the services until I fulfilled my contract. After 5yrs and fulfilling the contract,, I received yet another bill from Clean uniforms now for 1300$. Stating I had not returned all the shirts and pants. 1300$ worth... Ridiculous!! I also use to get pants and shirts from other businesses all the time..How do I know other shops dont have any of my items.So Crazy!!
