This company started out great until they weren't. The owner constantly lies when he gets caught up in the things he said he will do but doesn't and never admits fault. Just from our recent visit to our Airbnb on 1/23/26 and this is after we paid extra for deep cleaning 2-3 times and have pics to back it up. 1. Had to replace 10 light bulbs, 2. We had the interior painted August of 2025 and the air filter was full of the blue paint showing they have not even changed the filter which could have ruined our 24k unit we just had installed last summer and the box of 5 filters was unused still in laundry room, 3. random trash can in a closet should have been moved to kitchen, 4. hangers and ironing board in garage for some reason not moved back, 5. A outdoor pool chair was left in kitchen not put back, 6. Nasty dust and grease on top of fridge and microwave and lighting in kitchen all not cleaned for who knows how long, 7. Recently had a guest stay and wanted pool heating let them know all they needed to do was pay and we had someone that was going to cut it on. It was relayed to them it couldn't be done which was a lie. 8. Had another guest come and house was not properly cleaned and owner lied and said we recently had guests there and they would come back when really it was not cleaned from the previous stay we have never had anyone come and stay 9. Had a 65 inch tv in our living he said was not working and tried to throw it away. We came I hooked the tv up and updated it and it's been working fine for the past 5 months I put it back. They charge us to get a new tv and put it up when it didn't need it and tried to toss a good tv and I could keep going. I'm sure they will come on here and make more lies and excuses as for us we fired them and hired another company. If you don't have someone who can actually check behind them I don't recommend them because the owners claims he checks and either he really doesn't or he does and he quality standards are low. read more
