We requested for a very specific items to be cleaned within our new home purchase along with the tile floors to also be cleaned Let me first say that the floors turned out exceptional except for a couple areas. As for the cleaning crew and their ability to do what we paid for, that would be a complete different story. They're cleaning technique was spotty at best and they simply did not do what we agreed upon with the owner of the company, and were quite incapable of performing their duties as home cleaners We had requested the walls be wiped down, they didn't do it, we requested that the windows be washed on the inside of the home, they didn't do it, we requested for all of the interior doors and casings along with baseboards to be wiped down, and they didn't do it. We requested for both bathrooms to be cleaned, and they wiped out the sinks missing the rest of the bathroom. We asked for the cabinets and drawers to be wiped out, they didn't do it They basically carried a bucket around with dirty water in it and sporadically used dirty water to wipe portions of the counters in the kitchen and bathroom sinks We requested that they return to do the job correctly and their manner was absolutely no better, so my wife and I asked them to leave and we finished the job ourselves. My suggestion to anyone looking for home cleaners, would be to shop elsewhere

I should have hired a LICENSED contractor! These guys were horrible. The only thing they said…read morethat was true was the start date of 18 May 2026. Today is 19 June 2026 and we had to terminate them. Their work was far below grade; painting was sloppy; corners cut wherever they could...as they fell further behind, the work became progressively worse. I'm embarrassed to have visitors over until we get things fixed and done the right way. When I pointed out all the crappy work, the owner just became mad and refused to communicate again. The work then slowed even more. The owner then sent a text saying he would be finished and out on Wednesday, the 17th. There is still at least a week's worth of work left. I would NEVER use these guys again!
