I feel the need to share this with everybody in case this unfortunate situation happens to anyone else. I asked clean cut decorators from Littleport for a quote to do some decorating the first meeting went well. I then received the quotation which we accepted. We met again to go over colours and wallpaper styles etc. I started to ask him certain questions on how he would do certain things which I am perfectly entitled to do. Unfortunately he didn't like this because he got very defensive then became aggressive & abusive towards me and started to swear. He apologised for his behaviour and I accepted it and as far as I was concerned the matter was closed. Unfortunately the agreed start date has come and gone without any contact from him. The stress this is now put our family under is immense. Anybody who gives a quote to a client with an agreed start date should honour it and if they do not intend to undertake the job the client should be told. Obviously I would never want anybody to go through what we have gone through so I would never ever recommend this company to anybody. If I could give minus stars I would. read more

The service I received was second to none and they even went the extra mile to provide me with a sample paint pot on the day before the work was supposed to start - entirely my fault for leaving everything to the last minute. I have very high standards and would describe myself as very fussy, so I was absolutely thrilled with the workmanship and attention to detail. I have already booked them again for later on this year.
