Discovered the one threatening the propane tank had significant rot, Dustin came the next day and took care of that, then sent a crew out that pieced down the others (all in a tight area) expertly, with no damage to shed or tank. Trees were ~90ft tall, with broken limbs hanging on other trees. They are PROs at what they do, at a VERY reasonable cost. They've done multiple jobs for me, always perfectly done. I wouldn't consider anyone else.

Left the wood there, didn't clean up their mess, and had to deal with a secretary named Donelle who didn't answer any of my questions, was rude and unsupportive, and then refused to talk to me because I used some humor to lighten a stressful situation. I asked for payment plan because "the money tree was destroyed in the storm last month so we don't have any growing on it at the moment". She replied back with "I have answered all of your questions very promptly and been as helpful as possible. I don't appreciate the disrespectful way that I'm being spoken to. I will only speak to (other person involved) going forward." Really? Because I made a joke about money growing on trees? You're in customer service. Grow some thicker skin or find a different job. Robinson answered the phone immediately, quoted the dumpster, brought it promptly the next day. When I had the dumpster I called on a Sunday for a question. Unsurprisingly they did not answer and I did not leave a message. They called me back within 1 hour to make sure everything was OK. The service was beyond excellent. Despite the fact there was an appropriate and not immaterial delivery fee because they were 90 miles away, it was a no brainer to use them because of their great service and clear communication. I would absolutely use them again and refer them to others.
