Took 2 pairs matching curtains to be shortened and they cut off 5 inches too much. Remedy was to sew back on removed sections (against my wishes) very poorly and was told they are now the length you asked for, we have done our job! The repair of their mistake is so bad I can't use the curtains. Compensation offered only after the threat of legal action but only covers a third of the cost of replacing the curtains, so declined. read more
