He feels like a friend, even though I only go there a few times a year for plants and advice. He can tell you when is the best time to plant whatever you are planting, as well as recommend fertilizer based on what you are fertilizing. His plants nearly always survive, they are much better and healthier than the ones I try to grow at home inside. I have found him to be patient and interested, not like the people at the big box stores. I would recommend this garden supply store to gardeners who are inexperienced beginners, all the way to people like me who have been gardening for 65 years.

Seemed there were too many kids working and the adults were sitting. I like Elyse she tries her best. Shift mgr doesn't seem to help much. He knows nothing about the computer and doesn't seem to help the staff often. My biggest complaint is their pet baths!!! No grate in one, the small dog bath. Dogs on steel. So sad. The air dryer has a broken cone, and both could use new hoses. Whoever owns this store should look into better delivery options. Prices are pretty high. I use coupons from Kroger. Brownsburg store is great ,too. Their dog baths also need love. Fix the dog baths and this would be a 5 star. Keep my dog food in stock if you can. Reward your employees when you can.
