From setting up the appointment to getting the job done, Kyle was awesome.

Nice touches here there and everywhere they do a good job. my costs were just under $400 for two bedrooms two baths two great rooms a kitchen with an eating nook and severe neglect dust wise because another family was living here from Helene until December because they had nowhere else to live so it was a cluttered disaster and thereafter surgery was in the plans so it needed cleaning and these gals did a great job. We found MQ Cleaning Services through Yelp and recently had them out for a house cleaning. Overall,…read morethe experience was positive, although the cleaning itself was a little mixed. There were several areas that could have used some additional attention, including streaking on the tile floors, a few spots in the master bathroom and closet, and dust remaining in the office. After the owner spoke with the team, it sounded like some of those details had been overlooked and simply didn't receive the same level of attention as the rest of the house. The cleaning could have been a little more consistent and thorough. What really stood out was how the owner handled the feedback. She was very responsive, asked for photos, followed up with her team, and genuinely seemed to care about addressing the concerns. The cleaning itself didn't meet expectations, but we were very impressed with how professionally and fairly the owner handled everything.

Working from home means I'm here all the time, and having pets around doesn't help things either. About a month ago, I scrubbed my house top to bottom, and it took several hours over two days. It always hangs over my head and stresses me out, but it's a part of life, right? I always assumed house cleaners were extremely expensive, and only for people of a much higher pay grade than myself. But after some advice to check out Thumbtack, I found Debbie, who offers a really affordable service. Once Debbie has come by a few hours, my house looks brand new again. It might only take the dog 30 minutes to mess everything up again, but at least I get a taste of the clean bliss :) I'd highly recommend Debbie for anyone that's looking in to it. Give her a shout!

She finished the job in under 4 hours and the house looked great. Their attention to detail was stellar and I was extremely happy with the result.
