My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. He gave a fair offer, but in my opinion, it was $50,000 under what I was wanting for my lowest offer. I did take into account the war with Iran just started and 2 houses in the neighborhood dropped out of escrow cuz seller did not want to lose $80K. Also the rising gas prices was also a factor. Why would anyone want to sell their house at this time of crises? So I decided to take Seller's Advantage's offer. From signing papers till our final move out, all went well and Seller's Advantage kept us up to date with what needed to be signed and move forward. Also the escrow company they work with were helpful and making sure we knew how our sale was coming along. I also liked that with Seller's Advantage there are not closing cost, realtor commission, home inspection, etc; and having to clear out things that we did not want to bring along to our new place. I would recommend Seller's Advantage(S.A.) Orange County if you are looking to sell your house faster than with a traditional realtor without all the fees and hassles that goes with that.
