He explained their list of services and the price of each package that they offer in detail. He asked me if I had any special requirements or areas in the house that was important to me so they can make sure that it gets addressed. First, Stacy's communication was wonderful. They came for a walk-through to set a price and I appreciated her asking questions about what I liked and wanted. We set up the cleaning date pretty far in advance because I was traveling. She sent a text asking if I still wanted them (Yes!) and did I still like the date and time. Really thoughtful! While they were here they worked on everything from top to bottom. Did they miss things that I noticed later, yes, but nothing important and not everyone sees things the same way! I have had to let go a few people in the past because my husband is much more critical than I am. He didn't like things being moved on a shelf and not put back the same way. Jeez. Waaaay more critical - I just loved a clean home! But, with Stacy and Cori, he walked in that night and just said it looked great! I was so relieved!! Now, the next cleaning will be shorter for them and she'll make note of when the baseboards were done, etc so it'll stay clean.
