Limo was old, dirty, rattled, and was very rough riding. The heat did not work properly and the windows were fogged up the entire night. Since this was a Christmas light tour, being unable to see out the windows completely defeated the purpose. I was not at all satisfied. Then, to top it all off, I was overcharged by $230. When I contacted Suzanne, she assured me that this was a computer error, and the over charge would be credited back to my account. This never happened, and all attempts to contact her since, have been ignored. I would absolutely NOT recommend this business to anyone. She was half hour late for a junior high dance, her limo is the nastiest limo you'll ever see, it smells, roof top leaks water, the floor was wet, loud humming noise inside, the car is like a 1990 model, you cant see out the windows the ring is so bad on and on. I have reported to Better Business and KY3. I know where she lives and runs her business out of off Weaver & Campbell. She wants a credit card to run because if you pay her cash she knows when she shows up and you see what your getting you'll back out!! Suzanne promises refunds does not comply. Ignores you. We booked this business for our wedding on 11/14/15, yesterday, from 8:00 am till 1:00 am down in Branson, MO. We were originally supposed to have a 10 person limo but Susan (which was the driver/owner) upgraded us for FREE to the 22 passenger one all because my wife was so nice to her and pleasant to deal with. After the wedding reception, we had a little bit of a break, so she dropped us off at our house. She asked if she could take 3 pictures, which we agreed for her to do so. After the break we had an after party at a bar. We got tired and ready to go home around 11 pm. Susan asked us if we wanted to stop anywhere on the way home. We declined but it was awesome for her to ask. She also told us that she wasn't going to charge us the full amount because we didn't use all the time that we had reserved. She only charges for the time and supplies that you actually use not a flat rate for everything. Susan was excellent, so nice, and pleasant to talk to. She told us that on our 1 year anniversary that we get 2 hours of FREE limo service. I really am pleased with this business! Provided you are not a Bridezilla, Mean, Offensive, or Rude You will receive EXCELLENT service!! Again, we used the service and we did not ask Susan for any special treatment she just provided the best service at an exceptional rate. So, I say this to any one else DO NOT believe half the reviews that DUMB PEOPLE are posting. They are just mad over a little thing and turning it into a BIG thing. The Limo was 20 minutes late, got stuck in the driveway, made ruts in the yard, backed into a very expensive tree, and my husband had to pull the limo out and drive it back out to the street. The limo smelled of cigarette smoke, had no heat and leaked on my daughters $600 prom dress. The kids missed thier reservation and had to eat their prom dinner at McDonalds. I called the owner to discuss and she promised to call me back to discuss a fair settlement of expenses. Do not use this company. I give this company zero stars. I live in Bolivar, Missouri and I paid for this service LAST April (2017) and NEVER received it. I was promised a refund by Suzanne herself and NEVER have received it. Suzanne lied to me repeatedly. I have the phone logs and text messages to prove it. She even pretended not to be herself on the phone when I called even though I had spoken to her many times before. She refuses to take my calls now. I was told a cashiers check would be mailed to my home and never received it. I was told my debit card would be credited and it never has. COMPLETE FRAUD, DO NOT USE! Like other reviews, Suzanne seems like a nice, trustworthy person but she cannot be trusted! My wife and I paid to have the trolley service for after our wedding and they never showed up! After I called her (she didn't call to tell us) she told me the bus was "broken down" and she will offer a full refund. After not receiving a refund and texting/calling her multiple times to ask about it, she has stopped answering any phone calls or texts from us. Beware this is not what the website says it is, this is a terrible service!! The limo is a 30 year old Cadillac which smells of cat urine, has exposed wires, AC does not work, all service lights on dash are on, driver is a unprofessionally dressed elderly lady who will tell you that your appointment was scheduled for the next day then come and pick you up in this while trying to explain that this is the only limo they have available. Read my words Run, don't even think about getting in this trashy Limo. We rented this Limo for my sons Prom and we're told it would be great. The lady that looks like a drunk person that is living in her car showed up over an hour and a half late and never called to say she would be late. We kept calling her and she had every excuse in the book, the first was there was an accident that was making her late, then when we called back she said the window was being fixed. When she pulled up she got out and started duct taping the front window top. She had blue wedding bells hanging on the car, she new this was prom not a wedding. The back windows were rolled down and I ask her why they were down she said she would roll them up when she picked the kids up. There was rust all down the car. I was so scared I followed behind the limo to make sure they made it, I called the kids and they said the windows were down because the air conditioner didn't work and the stereo didn't work either. I might add that the break light was out on one of the tail lights. When she dropped the kids off at prom she said she would be right down the road. They called her to pick them up from Prom and she didn't show up until an hour after prom was over. They were left standing outside waiting for their limo with a security guard. I called her asking why she wasn't there waiting for them after all she was being paid the entire time to wait for them. She said they should have called her earlier. I sent a certified letter to her requesting a partial refund but she refused it. I called at least 5 times leaving messages for her to call back and she never did. This company needs to be shut down. I hope a news channel will look in to this and protect others from waiting their hard earned money and ruining someone's special day. read more
