I had an event for 3 days with Platinum Creations Catering & Events on October 26, 27, and 28 of…read more2018 and it was a total disaster. Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware.
