But I called just to find out if it was their issue not mine with the internet... got connected right away with a rep and wow, she has the worst attitude and even though I spoke in English, she kept responding in Korean. I am fluent i Korean, but the fact that she was persistent on speaking in Korean, I purposely kept speaking in english in which she eventually responded... in English. What my problem with her was her choice of words and the attitude she gave me when I just asked a simple question. Very rude and obnoxious vibe just from that phone call.
