It was easy to find scrubs here that are affordable and great quality. The women who work here are very helpful in finding exactly what you need. They sell men and women scrubs with more selections for women. This place also does monogramming for the company that you work for. Aside from scrubs, they sell accessories for medical professionals e.g. pens, socks, and scrub caps. read more

BUYER BEWARE- UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICE Made 2 purchases with business. First one fine, second one NOT. Short story- Owner REFUSED TO HONOR $477 PURCHASE. Detailed Recap- Owner refused to honor purchase of non-embroidered scrubs tops and bottoms ($477- 28 items). Went in to purchase more of the styles I previously bought. They were moving locations and didn't have full inventory but stated they could order in more once in new location. I prepaid for all pieces though the move was not happening for a couple of weeks. I was understanding as I had already purchased a previous $500 worth of scrubs and been satisfied with merchandise. Told them no rush. At no point was I informed that my order would be considered "SPECIAL". There was no embroidery being ordered which I did note is deemed special. This was a pre-purchase of regular stock they did not have at the moment. And this was right before Covid. Went in to pick up today after receiving 1 phone call at end of May to pick up. Still under lockdown with job, live with at risk individual. First, they said they couldn't find- kept asking what company I worked for to identify embroidery. I had no embroidery. Then was told that my order was "special" and informed that they had moved all items back into inventory per their policy as stated on all of their receipts. Owner Barry Scklar would not even come to front desk but could be heard from the back stating that I might have come in before or sent someone else in and was trying to scam them. They would not honor even 1 piece of clothing purchased and kept referring to the order as Special though NO designation as such was made to me and is not noted as special order on my receipt anywhere. They do have a disclaimer on their receipts that Special orders not picked up after 3 months will be resold. NO Exception made for Covid closure. No acknowledgement that this was a standard order of sizes and manufacturers they regularly carry and that NO Special embroidery was on anything purchased. DO NOT let them talk you into purchasing something that is not readily in stock. The insult that I was trying to scam them which could clearly be heard from the front desk, the refusal to speak to me face to face, and the acknowledgment that they had returned everything to inventory to resell, basically profiting from my sale twice by "classifying" it as Special is EXCEPTIONALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE and suspect FRAUDULENT business practice!!! read more

I've always had a great experience at classic uniforms. The employees are very nice and helpful.

Buyer beware: Even though their receipt says "30 day return policy with receipt on all items except special orders", the assistant manager tried telling me that I could not return the UNUSED white scrubs because the tags were off and she smelled perfume that wasn't hers. When I argued about the return policy on the receipt she said that "it's common knowledge that stores don't take back merchandise if the tags are removed". This isn't a $300 dress I'm trying to wear and return!! I'm giving 2 stars because she did eventually return my money but stated they will not do it again. read more

TERRIBLE attitude from the employees. If I knew how awful their attitude would be after buying, I 10000% would have taken my money somewhere else. If they call to let you know that your scrubs are on back order, don't bother calling them to check to see if they've made it in, even if it's been 3-6 weeks. They acted SO annoyed and RUDE over the phone both times that I've checked in on the scrubs that I spent $130+ on, like that's a stupid thing to do. I don't look forward to their AWFUL attitude when I get the pleasure of stopping by the store to pick them up when the scrubs finally come in. read more

****UPDATE**** The reply to my review is further evidence of the poor costumer service. A pair of brand new pair of scrubs pants that I would not consider worn 15-20mins around my house to assure they would be appropriate to wear for 12 hours in the hospital is not worn. Additionally, I called the store explain the tags were off but everything was in the bag including receipt. The lady who answered the phone said yes it was fine to return. So what the problem? Literally a tag being placed on a garment is with a little gun in store. And to say that would be a valid reason is absurd. This is why big box stores and amazon will be the end of small businesses like this which is very very sad. This store needs to improve their service or put themselves at risk to lose to other stores. Additionally, to the person whom replied to this. My review would be proven inaccurate if I was the only person out of many who wrote something negative instead my negative review is one of many. Realize that my review is not the exception but evidence that you're business model should change. honestly will never go here again. I've shopped here multiple times since nursing school and I've never had an issue until now but no longer will I do here. I bought a pair of maternity pants after much struggle trying to find some. I asked the return policy in the chance they didn't fit right or match my current scrub tops and they didn't. I followed all the return policy rules, kept the tags and receipt. The only time I wore them was around my home to see if they would be comfortable for work. I went to return them today because they weren't going to work out and she wouldn't let me return it and in addition to that she was very rude and condescending. The pants were in excellent condition and not used. I literally wore these for maybe 15-20around my house. Considering this is a small business you'd think they'd want to keep business? I would have been happy to even have store credit or ordered another pair or a different brand. I will never go here again or recommend it and I'll let it be known of their poor customer service. Horrible customer service!!! I special ordered my scrubs and they said it will arrive in a week at the most. Today marks 14th day of placing the order and they don't have it ready yet. My school starts Monday and I have been calling them everyday past three days they are just getting ruder and ruder on the call and just making up new policies as they please. Selling uniforms is no joke, your irresponsible half assed job ruins someone's reputation. They need to fix their service, they are sweet while charging you in 100s of dollars and when it's their time to do their job they become rude as hell!!! read more

Ordered two items from them and was told they would arrive at the same time. When they called me to pick them up I arrived to only find one purchase had arrived. Two hours later they called to say the second part of my order was at the store. When I popped back in to pick up the other half of my order I figured I would look around and maybe purchase a few more items. The lady who offered to help me reassured me that the rack I was lingering in was too small for the size I would fit in. Not really what I as a paying customer was interested in hearing, but I then decided that since service was cold over the phone and at pickup that this place was not for me. When the customer left, she never offered to help or look for an alternate brand. Went to this place to buy scrubs for the first time (ever)!! I knew what color I needed, but had no clue how to find it or if they had it in my size. Rudy was an outstanding employee with great customer service who took the time to show me what I needed and explained the different brands to me. He was very patient with me and even shared the best methods for washing them in order to preserve their color. The store offers a 15% discount if you have proof of employment (such as a name badge or letter of employment), but Rudy honored the discount for me when I showed him an e-mail from my boss. They can also order scrubs for you if they don't have what you need in the store without charging you for shipping and honoring the 15% discount. Wonderful place, I highly recommend it. read more

I am returning to the work force after being out of practice for 15 years. I am currently in the RN Refresher Course at UTHC SA and I needed scrubs for my clinicals. While I can appreciate all the advances that have been made in the health care field and with technology, somethings are better left unchanged. The staff at Classic Uniforms provided me good old-fashioned impeccable customer service. I'm sorry I don't know their names, but the young lady and young man who were working on 10 May 2014 at around 3 pm were very courteous and helpful. Great Customer service and attention from the staff. The embroidery I had to have made a mistake on my order. Fortunately they were just missing some information but still attention to detail from all parties was obviously lacking. Unfortunately I had to drive back to the shop since they were in a bag and I did not check them either. The good part was that when I called and spoke to the owner/manager, he volunteered to ship the corrected tops to me so that I didn't have to come back to the shop. I haven't received the scrubs yet so I may update this review. I can say only good things about the staff though because I dealt with several people over this process and they were apologetic and helpful! read more
